BASE £18,000 - £22,000 (DOE) + 15% COMMISSION, NO THRESHOLD

This specialist Search and Selection Company has a global presence within the industry of Globalisation, Localisation and Translation, and as one of the leaders in their field they are the first choice organisation to many prestigious companies and candidates around the world. They have undergone continued success and expansion and as such are looking for new talent to join their team in Tunbridge Wells.

You will take on the full recruitment cycle, this will be a largely autonomous role in which you will take on responsibility for sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates for new and existing leads, there are a number of warm accounts for you to take on so you will be expected to hit the ground running, as well as developing new business through client meetings and liaisons. As this company work in an international market you will be given the opportunity to travel, offering a consultative and business oriented approach to the European market.

To join this forward thinking company you need -

• 3-4 years IT Recruitment expertise
• OR a software sales professional / a grad with language skills
• Solid knowledge of the European market
• A proficiency in a second European language (preferably German)
• To demonstrate a proven and successful billing history
• To be self-motivated, articulate, charismatic and professional
• A dedicated and consultative approach
• To show a hunger to earn exceptional money and truly excel
• Excellent rapport building skills, a pro-active approach and an ability to think on your feet
• To be a team player

In return, you will receive -

• A base salary to £22,000
• 15% commission - no threshold
