RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - INSURANCE

BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + UP TO 40% COMMISSION

One of our clients is looking to recruit an additional Recruitment Consultant to take on a warm Insurance desk. They are a specialist recruitment consultancy who works across international markets within the Technical, Financial and Energy sectors. Their tailored services meet client's specific needs and they excel at providing long-term solutions. They believe delivery is everything and as a result they have developed a loyal client base. They also focus on building lasting relationships that add value which in turn contribute to their success.

These are full recruitment roles, focused initially to business development to maximise potentials in current clients as well as generating new relationships. Your role will also include account management, CV sourcing and candidate generation via headhunting, networking and other proactive approaches.

To be considered for this role you will need -

• T least 12-18 months  Recruitment experience within any Professional sector
• A solid education background
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
• Proven successful billings
• A consistent stable track record in recruitment
• Time management and organisational skills
• To be articulate, professional, determined and confident
