My clients are a Recruitment Consultancy with branches across the UK. Established in 1996 they quickly became one of the fastest growing independent recruitment agencies, using their outstanding reputation to continue to grow the company year on year. They have been voted one of the best companies to work for and are always investing in improving their standards for employees, clients and candidates.

As a company they cover a wide spectrum of recruitment needs from sales to health care to industrial and admin. There is little that they do not have an invested interest in, supplying temporary, contract and permanent staff across the country to many satisfied clients.

As a result of this continued growth they are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their prosperous team within the Industrial division. You will have previous and proven industrial recruitment experience and be ready to step straight into the role on this warm temp desk.

You must be new business focused, hungry and eager to succeed within this fast paced sector as well as having meticulous organisational skills. You will be a competent business developer and able to source new clients, win business and book and attend meetings. You will be outgoing with a great personality and a team player.

As a Recruitment Consultant you must have a proven sales recruitment background and should be capable of generating new business as well as maintaining high levels of customer service to existing clients and candidates. You will be happy to work hard and excel with individual KPI`s within this fast moving and exciting environment.
