Recruitment Consultant - Energy, Utilities, Power or Oil & Gas

Experienced Recruitment Consultant for the busy Birmingham office.

We are looking for an experienced consultant with experience within the Energy, Utilities, Power, Oil and Gas or Engineering sectors.

You'll need to have a recruitment background and will now be looking for a stable and professional company to develop your career with. You'll also need skills in relationship building, cold calling, client management and achieving sales targets. You will develop and manage your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates. You’ll thrive under pressure and respond proactively and positively to targets. With emphasis on attaining sales targets and building business relationships, you will manage a specialist desk. Working in a fast paced, busy environment, you will be joining a highly passionate team of people who recruit for a diverse and interesting customer base.

Basic salary will be between 24k and 28k + Uncapped Commission upto 30% plus full benefit package including Pension and Medical.
