BASE £25,000 - £30,000 + 25% COMMISSION + CAR ALLOWANCE

They are dedicated to providing permanent and temporary employment solutions across several industries, delivering unrivalled recruitment solutions to start-up businesses right through to large multi-national clients. Covering various business sectors, they are undergoing continuous growth and as such are looking to build their successful team within their Reading branch.

This will be a full 360 recruitment role in which you will be responsible for candidate generation, sourcing leads and account management, as well as liaising with key clients in order to win business and drive sales forward.  You will be making placements in various positions, covering all levels, you will have the autonomy to develop your desk and self-motivated consultants should be billing at least £100k pa once up and running.

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

  • 12 months Recruitment experience from an Industrial or Driving background
  • A proven billing record - at least £100k pa
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • To be confident, proactive with savvy and self motivation
  • A real flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
  • Proven successful billings
  • A consistent stable track record in recruitment
  • Time management and organisational skills
