BASE £20,000 - £30,000 + 25% COMMISSION

This young, professional Recruitment Company was established in London and specialises in the Creative Services Industry. They recruit for freelance, contract and permanent personnel from graduate to director level. They are looking for money hungry and ambitious Consultants to join them in their stylish London office.

You will be involved in the full recruitment cycle, everything from generating new candidates and managing existing accounts to new business development and expansion. You will be given full support and training as you develop your desk within the new media side of the business, working as a key supplier of staff to market leading online agencies.

• Previous Recruitment experience from a Sales or Media background
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proven successful billings
• A real flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
• A persuasive personality
