Supplying highly skilled personnel to the design and consultancy, civil engineering, building construction, facilities management and building maintenance industries they have become a formidable counterpart for many construction companies. They are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join the team on a construction or engineering desk. You must be an experienced Recruitment Consultant and will have a sound knowledge of your chosen sector. It is essential that you are capable of a full 360 role and that you can hit the ground running to maintain and build upon the productivity of this desk. An excellent communicator, you will be able to form relationships quickly and your business development skills will be enhanced. As a Recruitment Consultant you must be able to manage a heavy and diverse workload, you will be organised and highly motivated and able to deal with several tasks in conjunction with each other. An outgoing and ambitious individual, you will thrive on a challenge and will use your targets as a guide to smash. Professional at all times, you will be able to converse with credibility with clients and candidates at all levels and with your strong sector knowledge you will be confident to impart advice on others. A strong team player, you will make a positive impact on your colleagues but will also be able to work autonomously and stride out on your own initiative.
