For an experienced Recruitment Consultant my client is offering:

• Negotiable salary depending upon experience - c.£25-28k
• First year OTE will be £40-50k
• Commission on all monthly margins - currently £1000+ per month
• Additional quarterly and annual bonus scheme

JOB SUMMARY - Recruitment Consultant

• Specialist recruitment business working in the Property and Engineering sectors
• Needs an experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a Hot Desk with 40+ Contractors out 
• Further grow the desk to reach a target of 60 Contractors - focusing on both UK and European client business
• Working in a grown-up culture you will be given a great deal of autonomy and accountability along with support from an established team
• With growth plans in place for 2012 your career development will be actively encouraged with potential to rise to Associate Director

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT - Recruitment Consultant

• You will need to be an experienced Recruitment Consultant who can bring relevant experience of placing candidates into the Construction & Property sectors
• A proven track record of self-generated billings - ideally placing specialist Blue & White Collar Contractors
• Strong sales, networking and client development abilities
• Previous experience as a Technical, Engineering or Construction Recruitment Consultant
• Motivated by success and a desire for career progression you will need to be an excellent communicator able to build strong business relationships
