Our client, established to provide a high quality, alternative service from High Street brands , has had a presence in Yorkshire and the North West for over 20 years. They are creative, forward thinking and ambitious and want to recruit like minded individuals. They handle temporary and permanent vacancies on behalf of commercial, Industrial and Technical clients and have an established and loyal client base.
They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work on a Commercial desk. This is a warm desk, with existing clients and business levels. The aim of the role is to place candidates within local permanent vacancies, understanding the requirements and needs of the clients and ensuring that all candidates receive the highest possible customer services at all times.
You will be responsible for:
*Developing the database, selling the services of the agency to local business and achieving both activity and financial targets set.
*Interviewing, attracting and placing applicants across a wide range of roles.
*Working to activity and financial targets as set by your manager
To succeed in this role you will demonstrate excellent communications and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism.
The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and think around problems is essential.

Previous experience within a targeted recruitment environment is essential as is a full UK driving license.
