The Package:
Basic salary 18-28K + OTE. Benefits include pension, death in service ( 4 times the basic salary), private healthcare after 12 months and 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays. The core hours are 8.30am-5.30pm.

The Person Spec:
Our client is currently seeking an Experienced Recruiter with relevant sector experience and a proven sales track record.

You will need to be able to demonstrate strong business development skills within agency recruitment and have a tenacious but professional approach. Strong networking, persuasion and negotiating skills are essential, as is a credible work ethic. As a Successful Recruiter in this sector, you must have a passion for what you do, be highly competitive and willing to go the extra mile in order to secure the results. Building new and long-term relationships will be the focus, as well as maximising on previously established relationships. Our client prides itself on regularly delivering excellent results within each niche sector. Therefore the successful applicant will have the tenacity and determination to maintain such standards.
