The Package:
On offer is a basic salary 20-25K plus OTE with 20 days annual leave rising with service to 25 days, there is also a Christmas shutdown.
Working Hours: 8.30-5.30 Monday-Friday

The Recruitment Role:
Our client now seeks to employ a Commerical Temps Recruitment Consultant within their Newark based branch.
This post is for individuals with existing Commercial Recruitment backgrounds and strong sales focus.
The role will include daily sales activity and rapport building with local business'.
Our client is widely recognised for providing recruitment solutions across both public and private sector organisations. Covering the East Midlands region, they deliver permanent, temporary, contract and interim staffing solutions across all industries.

The Person Spec:
Our client is looking to recruit polished individuals, who are keen to be part of a growing and exceptionally professional firm. You will be able to organise yourself and your desk effectively and be used to working to KPI's and monthly revenue targets.
You'll have a vision and aspirations, and will be backed with resources and marketing.
You'll have to be able to bill and win new business, but selling is the most important aspect of the role.
