Recruitment Business Partner - Global pharmaceutical Business - London - £50k - Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a prestigious RPO on-site with a recently awarded, global pharmaceutical business. As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for the overall development and effectiveness of the recruitment function within this flagship account.

My client is experiencing a period of rapid growth, and has recently been awarded a number of regional and global RPO contracts. The company has selected my client as its global resourcing partner and as a result, they are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join the team in London to work on-site and manage the delivery of the UK solution.

Reporting into the Global Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for the client in the UK on all matters and issues concerning recruitment activity. This role will offer opportunities beyond UK delivery and potential development of the solution across the EMEA region.

This role requires versatile, experienced Recruitment Business Partners, preferably with pharmaceutical or life-sciences experience.

Recruitment Business Partner - Global pharmaceutical Business - London - £50k - Key Requirements

In order to be considered for this role you MUST be able to demonstrate the following in your application:

*Experience within an in-house/on-site RPO role
*Proven experience in delivering hires within the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector. Recruiting experience across EMEA would be advantageous but is not essential
*End-to-end recruitment process delivery experience, across a range of requirement levels (i.e. from entry level to senior/executive level)
*Proven client management experience
*Experience in managing project plans and delivery
*Ability to build effective sourcing strategies
*Exposure to or understanding of international mobility, or global resourcing requirements for international businesses
*Effective user of Applicant Tracking Systems to manage recruitment processes
*Skilled at candidate assessment, especially competency-based methodologies

£40k - £50k + bonus + benefits
