Our client is currently looking for a temporary Recruitment and Training Officer to join their team until the end of April 2012. 

Daily Duties 

  • Manage, develop and maintain efficient, cost-effective recruitment, training and development services and lead on improving processes and approaches
  • Deliver recruitment, training and development services
  • Review the company’s vacancy management recruitment policies
  • Provide advice on equality and diversity practice
  • Analyse and report activity levels and outcomes
  • Advise on the legal requirements and best practice in recruitment
  • Manage CRB and safeguarding activities
  • Research, design and deliver in-house training programmes as required 

To be considered for the role you MUST

  • Be CIPD qualified
  • Be an experienced recruiter and trainer
  • Be able to advice on legal matters
  • Have excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Have knowledge of learning theory and practice
  • Have a high level of IT skills
