BASE £20,000 - £25,000 + 25% COMMISSION + BONUS

The founder of this consultancy has over 20 years experience in Estate Agency behind him, having worked at many levels in his career from Negotiator to Regional Director, his understanding of the industry provided the initial focus of this company to recruit specifically for the Estate Agency sector. Through a considered programme of national expansion they have grown in branches, turnover and stature. The business base has also grown extensively and now encompasses the correlated sectors of recruiting for all Property related and Financial Services roles. They are now looking to recruit talented consultants to join their team in London.

Joining an established team, you will be tackling the full 360 recruitment role. You will be responsible for placing candidates at all levels across the market, sourcing and resourcing suitable candidates, managing any existing accounts, as well as driving business forward through bringing new clients on board and maximising sales.

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

• To have at least 2 years Estate Agency experience
• Recruitment experience would be useful, but not essential
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A real flair for developing business and maintaining relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• The confidence and motivation to excel in this opportunity
• To demonstrate a hard working and ambitious attitude
