Job Description

Receptionist /Office administrator

All reception duties
Prepare and send letters, faxes and communications
Receive and sort phone calls
Maintain contacts with suppliers of products and services
Keep in touch with the maintenance companies for the smooth running of the office equipment (fax, computers, printers etc)
Sort out incoming and outgoing post
Maintain Petty cash float
Arrange hotel accommodation and transport for staff and overseas visitors
Arrange and oversee general maintenance of the building.
Buy stationery and other office facilities.
Arrange and dispatch promotional products such as calendars, diaries etc
Assist sales admin staff if and when required.
