Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join their team based in Glemsford on a part time basis. The successful candidate will deliver Reception services in a professional and consistent customer focused manner thus ensuring the client's corporate image is positively projected at all times to both internal and external customers. The Role of the Receptionist (22hrs per week, 8.30 - 12.45, Mon - Fri): Provide a courteous greeting service Greet visitors; provide correct badges following client process for visiting clients, visitors and subcontractors Provide assistance and guidance to visitors as required Answer telephone queries in a courteous manner Provide switchboard services to the site routing customer calls correctly Ensure image of front of house is maintained Liaise with security to ensure overall service to users in the building is maintained Maintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorisation or supervision Administer the booking system for conference rooms and meeting rooms, following current guidelines Deal with the distribution of safety shoes and high visibility jackets to visitors Deal with all queries in a positive and helpful manner Follow all Health & Safety and environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies Apply, execute and maintain function related quality issues Maintain security of the front door in support of any security function Additional adminstration support for Site FM Team, to include but not be limited to the following - Maximo Administration to include, Workorder Management, Purchase Order processing, work status reporting for Monthly Report Office filing and general admin to support Site FM Supervisor as required Project finance admin to support Site FM & Project Manager as required To take great pride in your personal presentation, adhering to the laid down uniform and appearance standards for the team Ability to be a team player Embrace and deliver the working together service excellence concept and to operate as part of the "One Team" culture across the site Demonstrate a natural passion and understanding of quality customer service The ideal candidate should have/be: Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry Strong customer service experience Ability to be self motivated, resourceful and insistent on standards Strong communication skills Co-ordination of services provided by multi-service teams Customer service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking Must have good computer skills i.e. MS Office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Operational experience of H&S Experience in dealing with contractors and suppliers Consistent and fair in approach and able to identify and resolve problems Good administration and organisational skills - ability to prioritise work activities Ref Number: 74187 Benefits: We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits together with genuine opportunities for you to develop your skills and build on your career.
