We are an international organisation with offices around the world. This role of a receptionist is at our modern and beautiful office, based in Croydon at a fantastic location close to the city centre. The job role includes:

  • Maning the reception
  • Administrative duties like generating documents, photocoping and doing the filing
  • Taking calls and passing it to the relevant offices
  • Liasing with officies abroad
  • Liasing with catering staff and cleaners

Useful skills for this job would be:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be aticulate
  • Must be able to think on your feet
  • Must be able to interract with clients at a senior level
  • Must be organised and proficient in the use of the computer

This role is a permanent position paying £16,000 per annum. The working hours are from 9am -5pm, Monday to Friday.
