An excellent opportunity has arisen in a judged to be good, 1 form entry primary school in Waltham Forest. The position has come up due to the current Reception Teacher/EYFS coordinator becoming the deputy head at another local school.
The school was inspected by OfSTED in late 2012 and although the school was graded as Good overall, the Early Years provision in particular was graded as outstanding. Currently a 2 form entry school, they have recently amalgamated with another good local school and will soon become a 3 form entry so there are exciting changes and job opportunities coming up.
Based in the Leytonstone area of Waltham Forest, the school is very multi-cultural and the headteacher says that they celebrate the richness of many cultures together. As a school they believe that such diversity supports their commitment to giving all their children the best start in life. We are looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to take on this role - NQT's with experience will also be considered along with overseas trained teachers with UK experience.
