Recent Graduate

Based from their offices in Warwick, this role will involve providing 1st/2nd and 3rd line end user support using specialist helpdesk tools and processes.  Incidents are received in a number of ways but are mainly via email or telephone from a diverse range of users such as sales people, administrators and IT. The key element of this role is to ensure that each incident is dealt with promptly and effectively, maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times. The key application areas that you will be servicing include- Data warehousing (MS, SQL, Server/Oracle), Business Intelligence (using Cognos Software), and bespoke applications written in C#.

With training and experience IT Support Consultants can become more involved in gathering business requirements, managing customer expectations, troubleshooting and eventually become involved in project work. Ideally you will be a graduate  within an IT related discipline. Key areas of knowledge include:

• Relational Database Design
• Data warehousing design
• Structure Query Language (SQL) experience
• MS, SQL, Server/Oracle/MS Access
• Cognos and other Business Intelligence reporting toolsets
• VB.NET/ASP.NET/C#
