Reablement Development Manager- Melksham, Wiltshire

Somerset Care are looking to recruit a Reablement Development Manager in the Wiltshire area.

Working with Managers and teams, you will develop and embed an enabling and person-centred support services across our community services.  This includes our Reablement Teams, Care and Support, Continuing Health Care and Learning Disabilities services. 

You will have knowledge and experience to be the operational lead for Reablement, including providing supervision for our Therapy staff and mentoring for Reablement Team Supervisors. 

You will have experience of working in a community setting in health or social care with adults and older people, and have a relevant professional qualification e.g. Occupational Therapy. 

You will be skilled in developing new services including, designing new work practices and tools, delivering training programmes for staff, and have experience of supervising staff and students.
