Organisation Description

Listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, our client is a leading international company engaged in property development, asset management and construction in Hong Kong, Macau, and the Chinese Mainland. To cope with the new super high-rise projects in Guangzhou, Qingdao, Tianjin and Shenyang, they are looking for the Quantity Surveying Manager to join the new team. This role requires to station in China.

Job Description

As a Quantity Surveying Manager, you are responsible for providing the overall quantity surveying services/advices to the assigned projects in the Mainland particularly in contract administration and cost control. You will assist in the technical due diligence and construction cost estimation for identified projects during the project evaluation stage so as to facilitate the management in making sound acquisition/investment decisions.

To apply this position, you must have the degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines and preferably qualified member of RICS or HKIS with more than 10 years' related experience from QS consultants or property developer, and min 3 years working experience in mainland projects. You must have good negotiation and communication skills, good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua).
