My client, a highly technologically advanced manufacturer of complex precision components to the aerospace and gas turbine industries based in Worcester, currently require a Quality Engineer responsible for supporting production operations & ensuring customer satisfaction through the application of the quality toolbox.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for a broad range of daily activities including problem solving, process improvement, implementation and verification of in-process inspection, interacting with customers/suppliers/external bodies and working with each to resolve issues and improve quality, internal auditing, calibration & inspection and the appropriate documentation & administration of your work.

You will have a wealth of experience working as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment, ideally within a highly technical and innovative environment producing complex medium volume parts - however anyone who can demonstrate utilising a robust, structured approach to quality assurance and problem resolution will be considered. You will be team oriented and communicative, with a natural affinity for continuous improvement and an awareness the value the role of QUality Engineer can add to a business.
