Complaint Quality Assurance Officer
Locations: Birmingham & Telford
£190 per day( 3 + contract )

Excellent opportunity with an Leading Bank in Birmingham & Telford for 20 Complaint Quality Assurance Officers.

You must have:

  • Experience in complaints handling within Banking or Financial services environment
  • Proven quality checking experience within banking or financial services
  • Ability to prioritise work must have attention to detail and ability to work to tight timescales
  • Proven coaching and feedback skills
  • Ideally you will be FPC or CIFA qualifies or equivalent qualifications
