Complaint Quality Assurance Officer
Locations: Birmingham & Telford
£190 per day( 3 + contract )
Excellent opportunity with an Leading Bank in Birmingham & Telford for 20 Complaint Quality Assurance Officers.
You must have:
- Experience in complaints handling within Banking or Financial services environment
- Proven quality checking experience within banking or financial services
- Ability to prioritise work must have attention to detail and ability to work to tight timescales
- Proven coaching and feedback skills
- Ideally you will be FPC or CIFA qualifies or equivalent qualifications
