My client an international recognised professional body is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. If you have previous experience of working in a quality assurance role particularly within the education & training sector we would love to hear from you.
The Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for managing the relationship with the approved centres who deliver the professional bodies range of courses and qualifications across the UK and globally. The successful candidate will promote and ensure high standards of delivery and assessment and to meet the requirements of the external regulatory and standards setting bodies.
Your other responsibilities will include;
To have responsibility for universities, colleges and training providers within an allocated region and be primary point of contact on all matters relating to centre and programme quality assurance.
To advise centres on proposals for new programmes and programme modifications.
To evaluate submissions from centres to offer qualifications and subsequent modifications or amendments.
To supervise, develop and motivate the quality assurance administrative team to ensure that all reports and agreements are issued within the service level agreement, that accurate computer and paper based records are maintained in support of programme delivery and monitoring and to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered.
Qualifications & Experience
You will be of graduate calibre ideally with a degree in a business discipline.
It is essential you have previous experience working in a similar role ideally within the education, training, public sector or not for profit sectors.
You will be required to travel on a regular basis to the centres to participate in quality assurance visits and events.
