Job Description
The Role is to ensure that the current approved HSEQS documented management system has been audited, approved, up to date and available to all personnel.
To assist the Senior QA Engineer to ensure that the processes required to establish, maintain and develop an effective quality assurance management system are in place.
Person Specification
• To conduct activities in accordance with the HSE Management System requirements and to meet all legal obligations. To ensure that all offshore crew have the relevant certification prior to mobilisation.
• To conduct activities in accordance with the HSE Management System requirements and to meet all legal obligations To ensure that all offshore crew have the relevant certification prior to mobilisation.
• To work under the guidance of the Senior QA Engineer to conduct audits on all of the organizations and processes within the company and related organizations that affect our business for compliance against approved criteria.
• To assist in the maintenance of the corporate document management system, in all formats, and ensure all documents are reviewed within stipulated time frames.
• The registration of all non-conformance and client complaints, monitoring and follow up of actions.
• To provide presentations to the organization relating to key QA processes.
• To provide guidance and training to the internal audit
