4Social Work has an exciting Qualified Social Worker position that has become available within Front Line Child Protection Services we are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to work within a challenging yet rewarding role for our client based in South of the UK

The position will be initially for 3 Months, but is likely to be extended due to the nature of the work.

Duties May Include:
You will be required to help looked after children achieve good outcomes in their health, education, family and social relationships, emotional and behavioral development, and self care, by assessing their needs, and planning and coordinating the care arrangements necessary to achieve good child care outcomes, and in particular by securing permanency in their care arrangements.

The post works with those children who are being looked after on a long term or permanent basis including those for whom permanency is being sought through legal means such as adoption orders.

Please note that this is a qualified position so you will need a social work degree/masters or equivalent, be GSCC registered and have relevant experience for this role. Any applications received without meeting these minimum criteria will not be considered.
