Joining as a Senior accountant based from the firms office in Falmouth, you will join this growth focused chartered accountancy practice with an excellent reputation across Cornwall and further afield searching for a qualified, ACA or ACCA practice professional to join their team. Due to the firm's development and growth, the business provides an excellent environment for a career focussed practice professional seeking a genuine opportunity to develop new technical and career enhancing skills, working on advisory assignments and other projects.
You will manage the production of accounts and tax for varied sole traders, partnerships and limited companies of varying size, industry and turnover range. You responsibilities will have strong accounts and tax focus, with a much smaller element of audit, taking up to 10-15% of the time.
Alongside this, for the right individuals looking to further their skills and exposure to new areas you will have opportunity to work on other, varied projects. For example assisting directors/partners on acquisitions/disposals and involvement in due diligence and analysis with the support of an established experienced team of professionals.
ACA or ACCA qualified, you will have a background in accountancy practice at Senior level , having gained experience of accounts, tax and/or audit, within a small, medium or large firm environment.
You will be looking to further your career, post qualification and looking to broaden your technical skills and exposure to new areas.
