Job Description
Responsibilities
You will manage the cost and contract administration of new hotels and/or renovation projects, managing a team of local Quantity Surveyors and coordinating with Consultant QS for various QS matters throughout all stages of the projects. You are the focal persons for cost and contracts and have to give analysis and advice on all contractual matters.
Requirements
To be qualified, you should have 10 years of relevant experience with hands-on experience in handling luxury hotel projects or large-scales mixed-used developments on site. You should have Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines. Professional qualification is preferred. Exposure in developers and/or consultancy firms would be an advantage. Sites may include but not limited to Hong Kong, Mainland China and Malaysia. Frequent travel and excellent English and Chinese skills are required.
