QC Team Senior - £18,000 + £2000 bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional team leader to join our Service Support Team at Phones 4 u. You’ll be responsible for reviewing calls to our Customer Service and Sales teams and evaluating these against set quality and compliance guidelines. Analysing the team’s findings and focussing on any call trends, you’ll report this to the relevant departments ensuring that improvements to the customer experience are continuous.
The ideal candidate will have previous team leader/management experience, preferably with exposure to insurance legislation, and will ideally have an understanding of Customer service and Sales processes. You’ll be passionate about developing your team and motivating your advisors to improve their individual performance, while ensuring excellence, satisfaction and integrity are delivered throughout the customer journey. With strong organisational skills and the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, you’ll also have the ability to deliver results in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
