Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager, this position will be responsible for the team's performance in processing of supplier invoices and statement reconciliations, invoices processed comply with all UK vat regulations, preparation /editing of payment proposals, reviewing/set up of new supplier accounts forms. Monitoring /reporting of open cash, supplier queries resolved in a timely manner ensuring they are paid to agree terms.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Current knowledge of working in Purchase Ledger Supervisor position - essential
  • Knowable about driving a team forwards to deliver KPIs - essential
  • Strong communication skills - essential
  • Strong Excel skills - essential

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.


Our client is a leading FMCG business in Leeds, the company is expanding by way of acquisition making this company an employer of choice in the West Yorkshire area.

The finance function is expanding consequently and looking for a Purchase Ledger Team Leader to run the day to day work load in the payables department in finance.
