Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Location: Scarborough
Our Scarborough based client are looking for a Permanent Purchase Ledger/Accounts Administrator to join an exciting and fast growing company. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices
Raising Bacs payments
Raising Cheque payments
Ensuring all payments are posted and allocated correctly
Performing supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis
Using Phone and email to Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries
Ad hoc Administration duties including filing and scanning.
Requirements:
Good interpersonal skills are essential
Ability to work under own initiative and to achieve targets successfully
Meticulous eye for detail
Previous knowledge of accounts software
Onsite Parking
c.£13,000 - £16,000 pro rata for the suitable candidate
