Organisation Description

My client, a successful Hotel Group based in Keswick, is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

Job Description

Duties will include:
Process invoices on system
Reconcile invoices against delivery notes or purchase orders
Post payment to creditors
Bank reconciliations
Dealing with supplier queries
Process expense claims
Issue cheques
Statement reconciliations
Prepare payment runs 

Person Specification

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Experience in a high volume Purchase Ledger role
Experience using Pegasus Opera would be an advantage
