As accounts administrator you will be responsible for managing a number of vendor accounts. You will also be responsible for resolving queries, collecting debit balances and investigating vendor compliance issues.
This is a great introduction into accounts with scope to progress and will be suited to someone who is looking to develop their finance career.
- Investigating reasons for invoices not matching automatically and ensuring that auto-match rates exceed 95% for each Vendor - Liaising with vendors to manage their accounts efficiently including resolving all queries and issues raised - Maintaining successful client account relationships - Making decisions on the validity of vendor charges based on proof of delivery information provided - Monitoring vendor accounts and taking action to prevent debit balances where possible
About You:
- Good analytical/problem solving skills - Previous knowledge of working with invoice processing - Effective communication skills - The ability to build a network of contacts across the business - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to prioritise own work - Comfortable working in a fast paced, pressurised environment - A strong team player with drive and self-motivation - AAT studier preferred but not essential
