Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for;

 Project manage new customer implementations
 Define customer requirements
 Become a product and domain expert, and share that expertise with customers
 Work closely with the Account Manager to train and to implement customers
 Analyse display ad campaign performance and offer recommendations for improvements
 Deeply understand the customer’s business to thereby help them understand how to best leverage the possibilities offered by the platform
 Tenaciously troubleshoot product issues
 Rally internal resources as needed to resolve customer issues

Digital Project Manager
Knowledge of ad operations or trafficking is absolutely essential for this role as you will be running and managing millions of impressions of inventory every day. You will be working within the Ad Market – a revolutionary concept in the purchase and management of inventory so you must be interested in future technologies and industry trends. You will have knowledge of ad serving technology for trafficking creative's and high level HTML and JavaScript experience for technical troubleshooting. Attention to detail and client management abilities will also be essential for this position.
