A large photocopier / multi function printing system firm require a Public Sector Sales Manager to manage a sales team covering the South West region but from the Reading office. The Public Sector Sales Manager’s team will sell the range of business solutions directly into public funded accounts, generating new business and ensuring existing machines in field and customer relationships are maintained. The Public Sector Sales Manager will manage a team of Public Sector Field Sales Executives. The Public Sector Sales Manager will be a strong Sales Manager, able to manage individual Field Sales Executives performances and compete with other territories in growing and developing the company's market share in sales.

The Public Sector Sales Manager will be a proven Field Sales Manager with extensive B2B Field Sales Management experience, team management, people management, sales management experience. The Public Sector Sales Manager will have experience of selling into the public sector.

Ideally the Public Sector Sales Manager will have worked in the photocopier market but this is not essential, although a tangible background would be good.

The Public Sector Sales Manager salary is £25-30k £50-55k OTE + car or car allowance + benefits
