Proposal Manager (Head of Bidding)

As the Proposals Manager you will be responsible for the management and coordination of the companies bidding process and the team responsible for producing technical and commercial proposals and bids. The role is paying up to £55,000 plus benefits and is based in the West Sussex area.

You will have worked in a technical or engineering based company managing the bid and tendering process and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes related to pre and post contract awards. You will develop the quoting and proposals processes and improve efficiencies within the team to ensure the success of the company within a competitive bidding environment.

You will possess a strong understanding of sales forecasting as well as bidding and must be able to demonstrate experience within a technical and/or Engineering company. Previous management experience would also be important in order to lead the bidding and proposal team.

The role is paying up to £55,000 plus benefits and is based in the Worthing, West Sussex area commutable from Brighton, Littlehampton, Shoreham, Crawley, Lewes, Havant, Chichester and other locations in Sussex and Hampshire.
