The Role
Due to expansion we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented Property Solicitor to join our clients' new branch in London. With a strong background in Real Estate, the successful candidate will manage a busy caseload of Commercial Property matters with some additional Residential Conveyancing work. The ideal candidate will have a following of clients or strong local contacts to bring to the practice. Managerial and business development experience would be highly advantageous for this role. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE gained in a client-facing role within Commercial Property.
You must have exceptional technical skills across the full remit of Property Law.
Ideally you will have a good client following or strong contacts to bring to the firm.
You will have excellent client care and interpersonal skills across all levels.
You will have an aptitude for business development.
Prior managerial/supervisory experience is desirable.
