The inspection of Council properties to specify repair/improvements, specifically to:
- • Ensure repairs are carried out speedily, efficiently and in accordance with specification requirements
- • Check the accuracy of invoices submitted by contractors in order to maximise the effective use of budgets
- • Work within and contribute to the ethos of the Council’s partnering framework and create effective working relationships with internal and external contractors• Higher B tech or similar and 2 years building experience (at least 1 year on maintenance) or
- • 5 years surveying experience or 3 years housing management experience including dealing with property maintenance issues
- • Able to carry out pre and post inspections and specify required work
