Johnson Controls has an exciting opportunity for a Property Services Coordinator to join their team based in Liverpool. The successful candidate will provide a first rate managed day to day service that ensures effective service delivery for all Facilities Services. The Role of the Property Services Coordinator: To develop a professional working relationship with the Johnson Controls on site, tier 2 suppliers, landlord's agents and on site client contacts that achieves the following key objectives; Post room, Collect incoming mail from Royal Mail, from loading bay daily, Sort mail for Business units, hand deliver mail to client Wealth office manager within agreed timescale, Frank outgoing mail using appropriate client cost centres, Take mail to Loading Bay for collection by Royal Mail, Collect courier parcels from Loading Bay and deliver to recipient, keeping documented records of collections and signatures of recipients. Receive deliveries to the building and distribute as required, liaising with landlord agent in the Loading Bay. Move small items of furniture as agreed with the client and the Property Services Coordinator Check all vending areas daily and replenish cups as required. Check all print hubs daily and replenish paper and general stationery Check meeting rooms on a daily basis and ensure that they are kept in a clean and tidy condition, and stocked with requisite materials Check all fire escape routes, daily ensuring that they are free from all obstructions. Carry out daily work place inspections, logging any calls with the helpdesk Meet and escort all Johnson Controls contractors and visitors. Ensure that all Johnson Controls Contractors receive a Health & Safety site induction. Carry out Workplace Inspections of all areas in compliance with Site HS14 Activity Planner. Ensure all paperwork e.g. delivery notes are checked and filed accordingly. Deputise for the Property Services Coordinator in their absence. Provide daily cover on client Reception Provide cover in Client Suite, as and when required. Ensure Property Services Coordinator is kept informed of all issues relating to the role. Compliance with all Health & Safety legislation Any other work required to be performed by the company that is within the capacity of individual. The ideal candidate should have/be: Motivated Self Starter with a positive approach to work and able to work on their own initiative without supervision. Customer Focused Able to change work pattern at short notice to meet the requirements of the client and building.
