Opportunities exist for 4 Residential Sales Negotiators and 3 Residential Lettings Negotiators to join a market leading team that achieved 16.9% of the entire Dubai Residential Property Market in 2010, growing to 17.5%in 2011. These exciting roles offer uncapped earning potential and excellent career progression opportunities as we always promote from within.

The candidates would be based in our vibrant 7,000 sq ft open plan Dubai office working closely with the existing Teams and Area Managers working on behalf of Sellers and Landlords to sell or let their properties. Day to day activities offer both telesales and face to face selling as well as the opportunity to create extra revenue by cross-selling to other divisions.

The role includes:

  • Listing Properties
  • Market Appraisals
  • Servicing Buyers or Tenants
  • Conducting Viewings and Appraisals
  • Negotiating Offers and Agreeing Sales Contracts
  • Cross Selling the services of other divisions such as Mortgages, Commercial Property, Property Management and Currency Exchange
  • Competing for Monthly Team Days Out
  • Winning Monthly Incentives such as a Designer Handbag or an Audi R8 for the weekend
  • Competing for Quarterly Prizes such as trips to Venice, Paris and New York
  • Competing for the coveted title of Sales or Lettings Negotiator of the Year
