Ho2 Plc are a Practice of Chartered Surveyors providing specialist advice on all aspects of commercial property management, portfolio investment, professional work and property accounting.

We currently have an opening for an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our London based team.  The busy role will see you taking responsibility for the day to day running of a diverse commercial property portfolio.

Reporting to the London Director, responsibility of the role will include:

• Taking responsibility for the overall performance of the properties under management and reporting direct to Clients on a regular basis
• To oversee on-site technical staff and / or employed Contractors
• To liaise with Tenants to ensure that they derive maximum benefit from the services administered by Ho2 Plc and are kept informed when works affect their occupation of the property.
• To ensure that Health & Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times by Tenants, contractors, visitors and employees at buildings managed by Ho2 Plc.
• To ensure that services and works are provided at the most cost efficient level and to constantly monitor the level of such costs with cash flow budgeting.
• Maintaining a comprehensive property database and administering all Leases etc under management.

The successful candidate must have relevant experience in a similar role managing a commercial portfolio.  You will have an eye for detail and possess the ability to remain focused on specific tasks and to meet deadlines.  You must also have the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with Clients, Tenants, Contractors and Colleagues alike.  Your written and verbal communication skills must also be first class.
