Our client is a private landlord with a large established portfolio in the Merseyside area. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager with lettings negotiator experience.
Your role will be to manage the portfolio of properties, handle all maintenance issues, carry out inventories and inspections, move in's, move outs and rent arrears. Along with this you may be required to conduct viewings and negotiate rents.
As the ideal candidate you must possess a proven track record in property management, pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service at all times and thrive in a busy and hard working environment.
It is essential you are able to communicate at all levels and have a confident manner, are a self motivated individual, IT literate, hold a driving licence and committed to the role.
