My client is a leading Lettings and Property Management Agency based on the South Coast looking for a Property Manager to join their expanding business.
Job Description
As a Property Manager you will handle a large property portfolio on a variety of responsibilities on a day to day basis. You will ensure that your properties are being properly maintained and all equipment fixed and issues resolved in a timely manner. You will be required to handle the tenant’s enquiry in a professional manner and resolve it as quickly as possible by liaising with landlords and contractors.
This roles is office based and you will therefore be mainly carrying out your work over the telephone and via administrative based duties. You will not be required to check out and check in properties.
The role is a full time position, 8.45am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday including 1 in 2 Saturdays – 9.00am – 2.00pm.
Person Specification
The role of Property Manager can be very demanding and you must possess the necessary skills required including being able to work calmly under pressure, have excellent people skills, be highly organised and make your clients feel comfortable. You will be dealing with Tenants and Landlords, as well as working with contractors, plumbers and carpenters to maintain the properties.
