An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Sarisbury Green branch caring for a portfolio of landlords properties and managing tenancies so that both landlords and tenants receive our excellent service.  You will have a strong background in customer services and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 

 In addition you will also carry out Property Inspector duties and therefore, will have high attention to detail with good organisational skills and diary management.  Self confidence and the initiative to work on their own, as well as part of a team is an essential requirement. The Property Inspector role will involve the individual visiting properties to prepare inventories and schedules of condition before tenants move in, conduct property visits on tenanted properties and check inventories when tenants vacate. Good communication skills and keyboard skills are important together with a full driving license.
