Property Manager/Maintenance Co-ordinator

My Leeds based client are looking to recruit a Property Manager/Maintenance Co-ordinator initially on an 18 month contract with the view to be made perm to join their expanding organisation on the outskirts of Leeds city centre.

The main duties of the role include but are not exclusive to:

Conducting property inspections
Checking in of tenants
Dealing with a variety of complaints and queries
Scheduling contractor to carry out maintenance work
Use of and updating of in house systems
Production of client documentation

The ideal candidate will:
Be a good communicator at all levels
Be able to deal effectively with tenants, landlords and maintenance engineers alike
Possess excellent customer service skills
Be highly organised and methodical in their work and comfortable in managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Due to the nature of the role it is important that the successful candidate have a full driving licence and transport, this is urgent requirement with immediate interviews available.
