Property Manager 35K Must have CFP - London Rental Portfolio URGENT

My client is a international property developer with an international reputation .

My client  is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee all elements of their extensive rental portfolio. The role of the Property Manager is to include all aspects of both property and block management.

The ideal candidate should have either direct; job related experience, or have studied Property Management at degree level.

Candidates MUST have experience of CFP / WINMAN - Candidates without this skills should not apply

Must Have Driving Licence

Either Direct Experience or Studied Property Management

Good Basic IT office excel typing etc

Smart Appearance

Very Good communication skills
