For this role the following is required:
Needs a minimum of two to three years experience in a Property Manager position
ARLA/NFOPP Qualified
Central London portfolio management experience
Be used to having face to face contact with tenants and landlords, organisational skills and an ability to prioritise your work load.
You must be familiar with deposit return procedures and the legislation relating to this and you will need to have experience of negotiating deposit returns between landlord and tenants.
