Property Manager
£18,000 to £22,000 per annum – based in Edinburgh
Temporary role, with a view to going permanent within 3 months


One of our Property clients based in Edinburgh is currently recruiting for a Property Manager, who will be responsible for providing full support to their tenants throughout the length of their tenancy contracts.

Duties involved in this role will include:-
- Carrying out property viewings, showing clients around properties, answering their queries and providing rent calculations and processing all paperwork
- Carrying out occupancy checks after 7 days and quarterly thereafter, investigating and resolving/referring any issues with the property
- Arranging check-out visits at the end of a tenancy, ensuring any payment queries are dealt with and remedial works are arranged to be completed
- Dealing with any abandonments, breaches of tenancy and evictions as & when they arise
- Liaising regularly with a number of both internal and external stakeholders including maintenance, landlords, local authorities, law enforcement, insurers and support agencies
- Arranging property transfers when required

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have:-
- A proven background in Property or Lettings Management – this experience is essential
- A full driving license and your own car – this is also essential as car travel is required on a daily basis
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to cope well under pressure in a constantly changing environment
- Full working knowledge of the MS Office suite
