Property Claims Handler - Bolton

This leading independent building claims validation company is seeking a Property Claims Handler to join its existing team.

The client’s mission is to deliver optimum cost savings with exceptional customer service.  In addition they have a bespoke and highly advanced IT system, which is also accessible by insurers to view real time updates.

Working within the specialist Property claims department, you will handle a variety of claims from intimation through to final settlement up to the value of £10,000.  This role is biased to domestic property, however a small amount of commercial property will also be included. You will handle technical enquiries from policyholders, gather evidence from all parties involved, and use your technical expertise to reach a satisfactory settlement whilst minimising claims costs.

It is essential that you have previous Property claims handling experience, either from a domestic or commercial insurance background. Just as importantly, you will display excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and effective decision making skills.
