Our client is seeking to grow their team of Property Buyers, you do not need to have property buying or estate agency experience however you must have strong negotiating and customer service skills.  Experience of working to monthly sales targets is a must!

The Property Buyer is responsible for negotiating, purchasing and selling properties. From follow up of leads to agreeing the sale of a property, the Property Buyer has full responsibility of managing this process through.

The Property Buyer role provides the opportunity to work within an expanding property business, with the scope to utilise previous customer service/ sales skills and further develop these to grow a longer term career.

- Respond to leads within 24 hours, managing and progressing each case
- Conduct in-depth telephone conversations with clients, probing to gather as much information regarding the property as possible. Whilst acting with sensitivity, and the upmost respect for their situations
- Conduct research and market analysis in order to produce the most profitable offer for the property to the client
- Producing recommended offer to management, and providing justification for the level of offer
- Conducting second calls with the client to produce and negotiate the offer, selling the benefits of selling their property through the company and influencing the decision
